Remember, an action plan should include four key items:

  • A toolkit (i.e., materials needed to implement a behavior management plan)
  • Lessons for teaching the plan to students
  • A method for sharing the plan with others (e.g., parents, key personnel)
  • Review sessions for students

Directions:

Personalize the title of your Action Plan then create the plan by entering an action under What? Add steps for that action under How? Enter further detail under When? Click Add a Step + to increase the number of How? steps, or click
Add an Action + to create additional actions. To delete an action or step, click the X to the right of the bar. Reorder the parts of your Action Plan at any time by clicking and grabbing the number on the left-hand side of the bar and dragging the step into the preferred order.
