Thank you for agreeing to take part in this review of the IRIS Center’s information brief collection. Below are links to information briefs that we are currently considering for our collection. Read and review each document and let us know whether or not it should be posted in our info briefs collection.

If you select “Yes” we will ask you to perform several more quick and easy tasks.

  1. Choose from a number of pre-selected topic areas that best describe the resource in question. Note: Just because we have placed a resource under a given category doesn’t mean you have to do the same. Select the topics you think best fit the information brief under review. If you agree with our designation, great. If not, let us know how you think the resource should be categorized.
  2. Rate the resource according to its quality, relevance, and usefulness. “Quality” refers to the overall characteristics of the resource, both in terms of its presentation (for example, the clarity of its writing) as well as the data and information it communicates. “Relevance” refers to the extent to which the resource is applicable or meaningful to your own circumstances. Lastly, “usefulness” describes the degree to which you believe the resource can be practically applied or made use of in your own instruction.
  3. Lastly, use the Additional Comments box at the very bottom of this page to let us know your thoughts about anything not covered elsewhere in our survey. Recommendations, suggestions, and critiques are all welcome.

Note: Our goal is to update our collection. Therefore, we tried to include briefs developed within the last five years. However, there are several older briefs that we feel may still be contain valuable information. These are designated with an *. Please let us know if you think we should include these in our collection or if they are too outdated.

If a form has incomplete data, we will follow up with you via email or phone to collect that information. In the event you encounter problems with any of the links, please let us know. Finally, don’t forget to save your work! Make sure to click the “Save My Work” button anytime, but especially before exiting this page.

Listed below are information briefs that may be added to the IRIS website. For each, click the link to review it in its entirety. When you are done, tell us whether or not we should add the resource to our collection.
