Ikharikhulamu esekelwe emazingeni noma uhlelo lwezifundo oluhlosiwe luwuhlelo lwezifundo olusemthethweni noma olwamukelwe oluqukethwe kunqubomgomo yesifunda noma yesifunda. Indikimba yolwazi lokuqukethwe okulindeleke ukuthi abafundi bayifunde ngokusekelwe ekubambeni kwabo iqhaza kokuhlangenwe nakho kwesikole, ikharikhulamu esekelwe kumazinga ihlanganisa izincazelo ezibanzi zezindawo zokuqukethwe futhi ngokuvamile icacisa amazinga okusebenza okulindeleke ukuba abafundi bahlangabezane nawo. Ikharikhulamu esekelwe emazingeni isiza othisha ukuthi baxhumanise uhlelo lwezifundo olufundisiwe namazinga adingekayo. Ukuxhumana phakathi kwamazinga okuqukethwe kanye nekharikhulamu efundisiwe nefundiwe.
