Do you support paraeducators or provide ongoing professional learning for this group? Are you interested in learning how to effectively use the IRIS Center’s free online resources to do so? If so, join us for a two-part webinar series that will focus on providing quality professional development for paraeducators in your school or district!
Who: Representatives from the IRIS Center, the National Resource Center for Paraeducators (NRCP), and Cooperative Educational Services (CES), one of six Regional Education Service Centers in Connecticut
What: Two different sessions that will be repeated each week for your convenience

- Examples from in-person and hybrid trainings, as well as district and regional workshops and national conferences
- Popular topics requested by paraeducators

- Tips and examples from asynchronous webinars
- Insights on successes and challenges, and post-training feedback from participants
- Recommended practices for effective trainings
