Round 2 of the IRIS Impact Studies Cancelled 

OSEP has told the IRIS Center to cancel Round 2 of its Impact Study Initiative.  There is a question about whether OSEP funds can be used for research activities, including small studies like those we have been supporting in Round 1 of the Impact Studies Initiative.  

We hope this late notification has not caused unnecessary work or an imposition for anyone.
